Designed for first-time reformer clients or anyone refining technique, this class introduces proper set-up, breathwork, and core engagement while emphasizing alignment and control. You’ll move at a focused pace, learning the essential principles that create safer, stronger, more efficient movement in every future session.

Strength Reformer is controlled, athletic training built around resistance, tempo, and stability. Expect intentional sequencing, unilateral work, and deep muscular engagement designed to challenge coordination and endurance without sacrificing precision. It’s disciplined strength under tension — results-driven, never rushed.

Core + Control focuses on deep stability, posture, and intelligent movement mechanics. Through isometric holds, controlled articulation, and refined cueing, this class strengthens the muscles that support performance beyond the studio. Arrive Early
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. Late entry is not permitted once class begins in order to protect the experience and safety of all clients.
Expect Coaching
Hands-on corrections and detailed instruction are part of the Elite experience. Our instructors are actively engaged throughout class.
What to Wear
Form-fitting athletic wear allows instructors to properly coach alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
