YOUR STARTING POINT FOR SUCCESS
Every personal training journey at Choice Fitness begins with a complimentary FITT Assessment.
During this assessment, you'll complete a comprehensive Health + Fitness Intake Questionnaire that helps us understand your goals, health history, fitness experience, and any challenges that may impact your progress.
This personalized consultation allows us to establish a clear starting point and better understand what success looks like for you. From there, we'll guide you through additional assessments to build a complete picture of your current fitness level.
FMS Testing
THE FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN
Next, your Fitness Manager will guide you through our Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
This assessment evaluates seven fundamental movement patterns to identify imbalances, mobility limitations, stability concerns, and opportunities for improvement. By understanding how your body moves, we can design workouts that improve performance, enhance movement quality, and help reduce the risk of injury.

In-Body Scan
Body Composition Analysis
The final step in the FITT process is your InBody Scan.
Unlike a traditional scale, the InBody Scan provides a detailed analysis of your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, water balance, and more.
This valuable data helps us establish your baseline, set realistic goals, and accurately track your progress throughout your fitness journey. It's one of the most effective ways to measure meaningful results beyond simply tracking body weight.
Our 12-week personalized training experience
Built on data gathered from your FITT Assessment (Health + Fitness Questionnaire, FMS Screening, and Inbody Scan), ChoiceFITT+ provides a personalized 12-week roadmap designed to help you achieve real, measurable results.

Your trainer will create a program based on your goals, fitness level, movement patterns, and body composition data, ensuring every workout is progressed using appropriate overload and periodization.
